ABOUT MARSHA BAUCOM
She was first admitted to the
California Bar in December 1987, and is also admitted to practice before the Central and
Southern California District Courts of the United States, and the Ninth Circuit Courts of
Appeal.
Prior to creating her own practice in
1991, Ms. Baucom was a civil attorney who practiced Appellate Law.
As
a result of her experience in Psychology, Ms. Baucom has experience in
working with the emotional aspects of a divorce proceeding for the
spouses, as well as understanding the effects divorce can have on the
children of the marriage.
Her experience is beneficial in situations where
a child custody issue has arisen.
This is important role of an attorney to providing not
only legal representation but helping those involved cope with the
emotions and stress that often accompanies a divorce or child custody
dispute.
